First I would like to say that dealing with the government and learning all of the acronyms was intimidating enough, then when you add allowable and unallowable, direct and indirect cost in the picture, that was the icing on the cake.  So when I heard that there was a course to learn about the indirect cost, I was very anxious to sign up for this course.
